摘要
采用动电位扫描、渗氢测量、U形环试样浸泡等实验方法和SEM、EDS等表面分析技术对API X52钢在H_2S/CO_2饱和的NACE标准溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂行为进行了研究。结果表明:阳极极化下无SSCC敏感电位;API X52钢的稳态渗氢电流密度与SSCC敏感性随H^+浓度增加而增大;自腐蚀电位下,API X52钢的开裂机理是氢致开裂型和阳极溶解型两种机制的联合作用,阳极溶解型这种机制通过氢致开裂型起作用。
The stress corrosion cracking behavior of API X52 steel in CO_2/H_2S saturated NACE solution was investigated by means of potentiodynamic polariza- tion curves,hydrogen permeation measurement,U- bent and surface analysis techniques,such as SEM and EDS.The results showed that there was no susceptibil- ity region of sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC) in anodic potentials,the hydrogen permeation current density and the susceptibility to SSCC were increased with the increasing of H^+ concentration,and the mech- anism of SSCC for AP1 X52 steel is the mode of hydro- gen embrittlement associated with anodic dissolution mechanism.
