摘要
探讨了西南油气田公司所属天然气净化厂脱硫系统补水方式及其优缺点。为保证补充水时脱硫装置能够平稳运行且结合净化厂规模、蒸汽及凝结水系统工艺的复杂程度,在规模大、工艺较复杂的净化厂,可采用在酸水分离罐前补充凝结水的方式;就中小型净化厂及较简单的蒸汽凝结水系统工艺而言,直接在再生塔底部补充低压蒸汽应该更为可行。
The advantages and disadvantages of some methods of additional water for desulphurization system in natural gas purification plant have discussed. To ensure that desulphurization plant can run smonthly during the water supplement,according to the scale of purification plant,the complexity of process in the steam and condensate system,supplementary conden- sate to the acid water separator is available for the plant with large scale and complicated process;for small and medium-sized plant with simpler process,the supple- ment of low pressure steam in the bnttom of regenerator is a feasible way.
