两种剂量奥曲肽减少食管静脉曲张硬化剂注射针孔出血的疗效观察

摘要 目的食管静脉曲张破裂出血硬化剂注射治疗(EVS)前静脉注射不同剂量奥曲肽,观察用药后针孔出血情况,比较其疗效。方法肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者62例,随机分为两组。Ⅰ组患者30例,EVS前10分钟将0.1mg奥曲肽缓慢静脉注射。Ⅱ组患者32例,EVS前10分钟将0.2mg奥曲肽缓慢静脉注射。结果Ⅱ组患者EVS后曲张静脉针孔出血的发生率少于Ⅰ组患者,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论EVS前使用0.2mg奥曲肽静脉注射能减少曲张静脉针孔出血的发生率。
