Equity and Efficiency in Harmonious Development of Vocational Education

公平与效率是社会发展过程中一对永恒矛盾。在优质职教资源有限的条件下,公平与效率的矛盾是客观存在的。如何有效地配置有限资源,协调好公平与效率的关系,是职业教育和谐发展中的重要课题。对职业教育而言,公平与效率相互影响、相互制约,效率是公平的前提,公平是效率的目的。只有处理好公平与效率的关系,才能更好地促进职业教育的和谐发展。

Equity and efficiency is a pair of lasting confliet in the development process of society.Under the condition of limited vocational education resource with high quality,the confliet between equity and efficiency is existent impersonally,and how to equip limited resources and harmonise the relationship between equity and efficiency are important theme in the harmonious development of vocational education.As far as vocational education is concerned,equity and efficiency are influenced and reatrieted each other,efficiency is the premise of equity,and equity is the aim of efficiency.Only disposing well with the relationship between equity and efficiency that can facilitate the development of vocational education more.
