Information and Communication Technology （ICT） is widely used in various fields of vocational education and training in America, exchange of teaching and sharing of resources. Among them, the community college released information and provision of learning resources through wehsite; the Union of community college in a well organized manner uses ICT to achieve cooperation; enterprise achieve efficient inner training and outer training by using the web-based information and other communication technologies; government has also developed and applied the rich functional platform to promote vocational education and employment.
