摘要
煤矿事故是在外界干扰因素的作用下,内部的隐患在量的积累的前提下达到质变造成了事故的发生;定义系统内部隐患互相作用的过程就是系统内部脆性度增加的过程,分析事故是在外界干扰与影响系统内部脆性度的各个因素的共同作用下达到事故发生的临界;通过分析脆性度的各个因素,从仿真结果可以看出现今国内的煤矿脆性度已经达到饱和期,并且通过政府控制的结果也表明了在事故发生的机理中管理因素发挥了很大的作用.
Affected by external interference, When the internal hidden dangers reach the qualitative change from the quantity accumulation, the accident occurs. It is defined that the interaction process of system interior hidden dangers is an quantity accumlation process of system interior brittleness. The accident is affected by the external interference and factors of system interior brittleness. Through alalyzing each factor of brittleness, from the simulation result we can see that domestic coal mine brittleness has already achieved the saturated, and the result of government control also shows that management factor playes a very important role in accident occurrence mechanism.
