摘要 研究了活动具有多种执行模式的项目支付进度安排问题,目的是寻求使项目收益最大化的支付进度包括支付事件,支付量以及与之相联系的活动执行模式和事件实现时间的安排.在对所研究问题进行界定的基础上,分别从承包商和业主两个角度构建了问题的非线性混合整数规划优化模型,并设计了由满意支付事件集合搜索模块和满意事件进度搜索模块构成的双模块模拟退火启发式求解算法.借助一个算例对研究进行了说明,结果表明:业主和承包商对支付进度安排的偏好差异明显;承包商的收益随着支付次数和支付比例的增加而上升,而业主正好相反;双方的收益均与折现率呈显著的负相关关系. This paper studies the project payment scheduling problem where activities may be performed with several modes. The objective is to find the payment schedule including payment event, payment amount, activity performing mode, and event realization time to maximize project profit. Based on the identification of the problem, two nonlinear mixed integer programming models are con- structed from contractor's and client's viewpoints respectively. A special simulated annealing heuristics which consists of the module seeking for the desirable payment event set and the module searching for the desirable event schedule is developed. The study's result is illustrated by using an instance and some conclusions are drawn: The client's preference on the payment schedule is obviously different from the contractor's; the latter's profit ascends with the increase of payment number and payment proportion and the reverse is true to the former; their profits drop with the augment of cash discount rate.
