机体抗流感病毒免疫应答机制及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 每年流行性感冒(流感)导致全球超过2万人死亡,10万人住院治疗。在亚热带地区,流感是导致儿童住院的一个重要原因。流感病毒分为甲、乙、丙三型,其中甲型最易发生变异而产生新的变种,引起世界性流感大流行。根据历史上已发生的三次全球性流感大流行的分析,流感病毒一般每三、四十年会发生一次较大变异,每次变异都会引发全球性的流感大流行。其中1918年至1920年爆发的“西班牙流感”至少使2000万人丧生。
