摘要 综述了食用菌生产中有害重金属的富集规律,农药、甲醛、二氧化硫的残留情况,并提出了食用菌有毒有害物质的减轻或消除措施。 A summary is given of the research on the accumulation of heavy metals, pesticides residuals, formaldehyde and sulfur dioxide in edible fungi. While the corresponding methods were presented to get rid of the toxics and hazardous substances during the cultivation of edible fungi.
