浅议提高LF炉效率的对策和措施

摘要 针对炼钢车间精炼设备能力不足、炉机不匹配的问题进行了详细的分析。改进了生产工艺,采取了缩短LF炉加热处理工位炉时间、选用特定造渣原料、增加钢包底吹氩气流量等措施。改进后解决了炉机不匹配的问题,保证了4#板坯铸机年产160万吨合格钢水的生产能力。 The problems such as insufficient capacity of refining equipment for steelmaking workshop and unmatching of refining furnace and caster are analyzed in detail. The production process was improved, the measurements such as shortening the heating treatment time of LF stove, selecting the special slag material and increasing the flow of bottom-blown Ar for ladle were taken. After improvement, the refining furnace and caster are matched, the production capacity of 4# slab caster reaches 1.6 million tons per year.
