摘要
以某挖掘机的工作装置整体为研究对象,在对液压挖掘机的典型工况进行全面分析的基础上,从系统集成的角度建立了完整的工作装置三维集成有限元模型,对工作装置进行了5种典型工况下的强度、变形及模态分析,并结合实际产品开发进行了验证。分析结果表明,基于工作装置整体的集成有限元分析方法极大地降低了因构件简化等原因而造成的计算误差,提升了产品的改进设计水平。
On the basis of working characters, an integrated and refined 3-D finite element analysis for working mechanism was presented. Take excavator as an example, the 3-D model of working mechanism was established. Based on assessment of preliminary finite element, the way of establishing finite element model has been determined. Selected five typical working statuses, the stiffness, strength and modal analysis was made for assembled working mechanism, and test for actual product has been done. The results showed that stress distribution of work mechanism could clearly explain failure cause and the result could be applied as the references for the working mechanism design. The excavator design method has been improved and a new approach was provided for similar product design and analysis.
