生物质成型燃料热风炉干燥玉米的试验 被引量:3

Drying Maize with Hot-blast Drying System of Biomass Briquetting Fuel

摘要 采用自行设计的生物质成型燃料热风干燥系统进行了玉米薄层干燥试验,试验证明该热风干燥系统能满足玉米的干燥要求,在相同初含水率和供能情况下,影响干燥速度和干燥质量最显著的因素是风温,其次是风速;玉米种子干燥温度不宜大于60℃,否则由应力造成的玉米种子爆裂现象将超出种子质量要求的范围。 A kind of hot-blast stove using straw molded briquetting fuel has been designed. By using this drying system, a set of thin-layer drying experiment was developed. It was concluded that the designed drying system met the necessity of the maize drying characteristic and it is suitable to do the maize drying test. Drying dynamics experiment and analyses of the maize have been done at different original water containing rate. Under different temperatures and the hot-blast speeds, according to the drying curves, it showed that the most notable factor influencing the drying speed and drying quality is air temperature, and air speed sits secondly. It is also indicated that if the drying-temperature was over 60 C especially when drying the seeds of maize, the rate of kernel cracking would increases greatly and the rate of germinate would get down out of the request of seed quality.
