摘要
目的探讨面部色斑的形成病因及如何防治。方法应用300万次超音波及光谱照射进行治疗,每周两次,4周一疗程。结果临床治疗10例病人,黄褐斑1例,褐色素沉着5例,黑色素沉着2例,黄色素沉着伴有红血丝2例,50%显效,50%治愈。结论300万次超音波加光谱照射治疗面部色斑是一种无毒副作用的美容新技术。
Objective To study the cause of formation and treatment solution of the facial pigmentation. Methods 3000 kHz ultrasonic and spectrum treatments were applied to the 10 patients twice a week during four weeks of therapy. Results Among the clinical observation of 10 patients, there was one case of chloasma, 5 cases of brown pigmentation, 2 cases of melanin pigmentation and 2 case of red - yellow pigment. The treatment results are satisfactory. The remarkable effective rate is 50 % and cure rate 50 % .Conclusion 3000 kHz ultrasonic + spectrum treatment for pigmentation is a new facial surgery technology without toxic and side effects
