摘要 近年研究表明血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)在慢性肝纤维化及门静脉高压的形成与发展中起重要作用,使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或者AngⅡⅠ型受体拮抗剂可减轻肝纤维化及降低门静脉高压。在活化过程中,HSC从一个静止的、富含维生素A的窦周细胞转化成有增殖和收缩能力的、促纤维化形成的活化的HSCs。目前研究表明,在人正常肝脏组织中可分离培养出HSCs,
