Analysis of Health Human Resource at County Level in High Prevalence Areas of AIDS in Henan Province

目的:了解河南省艾滋病高发区县级卫生人力资源投入情况。方法:选择河南省艾滋病高发区7个县(区),通过问卷调查,对其艾滋病防治的人力资源投入数量、专兼职人员基本情况构成、平均每个工作日用于艾滋病防治的工作时间进行分析。结果:河南省艾滋病高发区县级卫生人力资源投入数量大;专兼职人员职称构成不合理;专兼职人员平均每个工作日用于艾滋病防治的工作时间较长。结论:须优化艾滋病高发区县卫生人力资源的投入结构,以适应当前及以后的艾滋病控制需求。

Objectives To learn about the situation of health human resource at county level in high prevalence areas of AIDS in Henan province. Methods We sampled the 7 counties in high prevalence areas in Henan province and investigated them with the questionnaire about the amount of health human resource of AIDS prevention and treatment, the proportion of full - time and part - time personnel, the average work time specially for AIDS prevention and treatment in every work day. Results The amount of health human resource at county level in high prevalence areas in Henan province was huge. The proportion of professional title of full - time and part - time personnel was irrational. The average work time for AIDS prevention and treatment in every work day for full - time and part - time personnel was longer. Conclusions It should optimize the proportion of health human resource at county level in high prevalence areas in Henan province to adapt to the requirement of ADIS control at present and in future.
