热噪声对约瑟夫逊效应中伏安特性曲线的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析准粒子电流功率谱的三阶近似表达式,由此相应地引入两个噪声,其中一个为白噪声,一个为O-U噪声。且讨论了当这两个完全独立的噪声同时存在时对直流约瑟夫逊效应中伏安特性曲线的影响,并与准粒子电流功率谱只取到其展开式一级近似所得的结果相比较,发现在相同条件下,约瑟夫逊临界电流变小。  Two noises, one is a white noise, the other is a O-U noise are introduced by means of the analysis of the third - order approximate expression for the quasiparticle current power sPectrum. When these two independent noises simultaneously present the effects of the noises on volt-ampere characteristic curve of direct current Josephson effect are discussed. By comparing the results mentioned above with those of obtained by the first-order theory of quasiparticle current power spectrum we find that under same conditions the Josephson critical current of third-order approximation is smaller than those of first-order theory
