摘要
干细胞移植治疗心血管疾病在动物实验和临床实验中均有很大的进展,采用有效的无创伤性技术监测和追踪干细胞移植治疗的效果,并对移植体内的细胞分布、迁移进行动态的在体观察,对干细胞移植在动物实验研究和临床应用方面起到了促进作用。近年来,用来示踪心血管系统疾病中干细胞移植的各种显像技术和造影剂也有了长足的发展。现对光学成像、放射性核素标记干细胞显像及铁纳米颗粒标记干细胞显像等在体示踪技术进行综述。
The therapy of cardiovascular disease with stem cell transplantation has advanced greatly in animal experiment and clinical test. Applying efficient techniques to noninvasively monitor and track stem cell transplantation and dynamically observe the cell distribution and migration accelerate the development of stem cell therapies in both animal experiments and clinical applications. With the development of various imaging techniques and contrast agents in vivo tracking of stem cells transplantation in cardiovascular disease, optical imaging, radionuclide imaging and magnetic resonance imaging were reviewed in this article.
