摘要
文中论述了首次建立的脉冲管制冷机动态参数测量实验台,介绍了实验系统的组成、测试装置和数据采集与处理方法。该实验台以微机作为控制和处理核心,将制冷机动态压力、动态流量和动态温度数据通过采集系统送入微机中进行数据处理,并实时绘制图形曲线。通过对多路旁通脉冲管制冷机的动态压力、流通和温度测量,得到了脉冲管冷头处的动态压力和质量流量之间的振幅和相位关系。首次发现了环流现象。
We designed and constructed a dynamic experimental system to measure the instantaneous velocity and pressure in pulse tube refrigerator. The system is using a personal computer to acquire and process data. Some experimental results of the instantaneous measurements of velocity and pressure in an multi-bypass pulse tube (MPTR) with two-bypass tubes during actual operation are presented. DC- flow phenomena are observed inthis MPTR. The reasons of the multi-bypass version improved the performance of pulse tube refrigerator are given.
