DOI： Constructing the Foundation of Open Knowledge Linking

文章首先从知识链接的发展过程入手，重点分析了DOI的作用和特点；以开放式知识链接系统之一CrossRef的应用为例，阐述了在当前信息服务领域中实现各类信息资源的开放式知识链接的重要性，对DOI在中文开放知识链接领域的发展现状、应用前景及与国际接轨的最终目标进行了研究。

Based on the developing process of knowiedge linking, the article analyses the function and characters of DOI. Taking the CrossRef which is one part of the open knowledge linking system as an example, it expounds the importance of realizing open knowledge linking among information resources, and also studies the development, application foreground and the international integration target of the application of DOI in Chinese open knowledge linking field.
