文章以翔实的资料和数据，对中外图书馆在数字资源建设项目选择、组织管理及经费、建设规模等方面进行比较、分析，以期对我国图书馆数字资源建设有所帮助。

With full and accurate materials and data, the paper compared and analyzed the Chinese and foreign libraries in some aspects, such as digital resource construction project, organizational management, funds sources, project subjects and construction scale, etc. It expected to be helpful in the construction of digital resources of Chinese library.
