正交试验法优选马钱子醇提工艺研究

Optimal Extraction Technology of Semen strychni by Orthogonal Design

目的优选马钱子最佳醇提工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以士的宁的含量为考察指标,对乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间和次数等因素进行研究。结果最佳提取工艺为加65%乙醇10倍,回流3次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺合理,为工业化生产提供了科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the ethanol-extractive process for Semen strychni.METHODS The orthogonal test design was used in the studies of ethanol concentraction,amount of solvent,extraction time and extraction frequency,and content of strychine was used in the test as guide. RESULTS The optimal condition was added 10 times amount of 65% ethanol for three times and 1 hour for each time.CONCLUSION The extraction technology is reasonable and provide scientific basis for industrialize process.
