摘要
目的研究玄丹巴布剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中淫羊藿、三七、鸡血藤、延胡索进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的主药丹参进行含量测定。结果丹参素钠在0.296-1.480μg之间成良好的线性关系。平均回收率为96.9%。结论该法灵敏、简便、准确和重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE To study the standard for the quality control of Xuandan cataplasm.METHODS The presence of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim,Radix Notoginseng,Caulis Spatholobi and Rhizoma were identified by TLC.The content of Danshensu,the main active principle in the cataplasm was assayed by HPLC. RESULTS Linearity was found in the range of 0.296-1.480 μg.The average recovery is 96.9% and RSD=1.3%.CONCLUSION The method was found to be highly sensitive,simple,precise and reproducible and may be used for the quality control of the cataplasm.
