高效液相色谱法测定急支糖浆中原儿茶酸的含量

Determination of the Content of Somatostatin and Its Related Substances by HPLC

目的建立急支糖浆中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法测定,Lichrosorb ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）为色谱柱,以乙腈-水-冰醋酸（8∶100∶0.2）为流动相,检测波长为259 nm。结果原儿茶酸进样量在0.15-0.73μg范围内具有良好的线型关系,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为98.86%,RSD=0.70%（n=5）。结论所建立的定量方法准确、重复性好、专属性强,可作为控制和评价本品质量的方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of Astragaloside in Shenkangning Pian.METHODS The content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC-ELSD. RESULTS A good linearity was observed for astragaloside Ⅳ in the range of 1.036~7.77 μg.The average recovery of astragaloside Ⅳ was 98.6% with RSD=1.3%（n=11）.CONCLUSION HPLC-ELSD was simple and accurate with a good repeatability.It can be used for the quality control of Shenkangning Pian.
