摘要
著作权法是文学、艺术的衍生物,文学、艺术知识是著作权法教学和研究的参照物。广泛运用文学、艺术知识,对著作权法思想-表达二分法原理、修改权、保护作品完整权、作品完成时间、著作财产权解释,可以收到改进教学、开阔学生视野、创新教学模式之效果。
Copyright law derives from literature and art, while the latter serves as referents for the teaching and study of the fomer. Widely applying knowlodge of literature and art to illustrate the idea of copyright law—— theory of duality of exprssion, right of revision, right of protecrting the completeness of works, the finishing of a work and the explanation of the property right of awcrk, etc.—— can result in effects of improving teaching, widening the students＇ vision and creating new teaching rnethods.
