Advances on the relationship study between adiponectin and cardiovascular disease

摘要 探讨脂联素通过对血管内皮细胞及其产生的一氧化氮对血管内皮的功能产生影响,在动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、高血压等心血管疾病方面起到重要的调节作用;血浆脂联素水平低已逐渐认为是心血管疾病的独立危险因素。 Adiponectin has an impact on the endothelial .function by its direct effect on blood vessel endothelial cells and by the nitrogen monoxidum it generates. Adiponectin plays an important modulatory role in the cardiovascular diseases like arterial atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and hypertension. Low level of plasma adiponectin has gradually been recognized as an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Further investigations on adiponectin will open up a new area for the basic and clinical research of cardiovascular diseases.
