Rosai-Dorfman disease of nasal dorsum:a clinicopathological observation

目的探讨结外Rosai-Dorfman病的临床病理特点及诊断、鉴别诊断要点。方法对1例鼻背部Rosai-Dorfman病的肿瘤组织进行临床病理、免疫组化分析。结果该病镜下表现为多量泡沫样组织细胞及弥漫散在的淋巴细胞和浆细胞,并可见淋巴细胞吞噬现象。组织细胞S-100和CD68(+)。结论发生于鼻部的结外Rosai-Dorfman病罕见,须与鼻硬结病及Langerhans细胞组织细胞增生症等鉴别。

Objective rio explore the clinical and pathological characteristics and differential diagnosis of Rosai-Dorfman disease of nasal dorsum. Methods A case of Rosai-Dorfman disease was studied with clinical pathological analysis and immunohistoehemical staining. Results The patient was male, 38 years old, with a painless mass in nasal dorsum for 1 year. Microscopically, the lesion consisted of sheets of histiocytes, lymphocytes and plasma cells, and lymphocytophagocytosis was observed. Conclusion Extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease of nasal dorsum is rare. The pathological diagnosis and differentiation include rhinoscleroma, Langerhans cell histiocytosis and others.
