摘要 目的探讨颅内原发黑色素瘤的影像学表现,以提高对该病的认识和诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的4例颅内原发黑色素瘤MRI、CT表现;4例患者均进行MRI检查,其中3例同时行CT检查。结果CT平扫均为高密度,密度部分不均匀,增强扫描肿瘤明显强化。4例MRIT1WI肿瘤均表现为高信号为主,其中2例T2WI为低信号,2例为高低混杂信号,肿瘤内信号部分不均匀,增强后扫描肿瘤可见明显强化。结论颅内原发黑色素瘤MRI具有特征性表现,对于显示肿瘤范围、成分及脑膜的浸润和定性诊断较CT有优势。 Objective To explore the imaging features of intraeranial primary melanoma and to improve the understanding and diagnosis of this condition. Methods Four cases of intracranial primary melanoma proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Four cases were examined with MRI and 3 cases of them were exmained with CT. Resulls Three cases of melanomas were hyperintensity on non-contrasted CT scan and markedly enhanced on contrasted CT scan. On T1 WI MRI scan, tumor signal was hyperintensity in all 4 cases. On T2WI MRI scan, tumor signal was hypointensity in 2, hyper-hypointensity in 2,The all 4 tumors had homogeneous enhancement after contrast injection. Conclusions MR findings of incranial primary melanoma had their unique character, MR is better than CT in defining the areas of melanoma, meninges invasion and making a qualitative diagnosis of melanoma.
