摘要
武器装备动员生产特色鲜明,工艺过程重组是动员生产的关键技术之一。基于重组理论,提出在满足资源约束和生产批量的前提下,重组工艺过程的原则和方法,建立了制造资源数据库及资源能力评价模型。重点讨论了工序与设备资源约束之间的匹配关系,改进了指派问题的数学模型,应用匈牙利算法得出配置结果,最后给出匹配问题的求解实例。
The mobilization production of weapon and equipment is different from others.Reorganizing technical process is one of the key technologies.Based on the reconfigurable theory,the principle and way of reorganizing technical process were proposed on the premise of meeting resource restraint and production batch.The manufacturing resource database and the model of estimating resource capability were constructed.The match of processes and equipment was discussed in detail.By improving the model of assigning problem and using Hungary algorithm,the result of match could be gained.At last,a numerical example was illustrated to validate this proposed method.
