多传感器技术在航空燃油质量检测中的应用

摘要 飞机对航空燃油的质量要求很高,而目前的燃油检测手段落后、效率低、准确性差,远不能满足训练作战的需要。为了保证航空燃油质量,保障飞行训练安全,延长飞机使用寿命和无故障飞行时间,利用多种传感器和微控制技术设计并实现了航空然油杂质和水分检测系统。本文介绍了燃油中杂质和水分检测的基本原理,给出了检测系统的硬件结构、软件设计思想和部分关键电路。实践证明,该系统能快速准确地检测燃油的含杂质和水分情况,确保飞机燃油的质量。 Aero-fuel quality is essential for airplane in army, while current measure of detecting aero-fuel quality is far beyond the needs for normal drilling for its outdate measurement methods, low efficiency and accuracy. To guarantee the aero-fuel quality, secure the drilling safety and expand airplane life expectancy and MTTF of flying, an aero-fuel impurity and water content detection system constituted of multi-sensors and SCM is proposed here. We introduce the elementary principle of fuel impurity and water content detection and bring forward the hardware and software outline as well as some key circuit of the detecting system. Practical test proved that the accuracy of detection the impurity and water content in aero-fuel can be achieved with high speed and guaranteed the quality in aero-fuel.
