基于可靠性分析的微机继保设备最佳检修周期研究

Study of Optimum Maintenance Cycle for Microcomputer-Controlled Relay Protection Devices Based on Reliability Analysis

摘要 目前使用的微机继保设备可靠性模型不准确,造成实际应用困难。文章通过引入自检系数、检修成功系数和故障维修系数,改进了微机继保设备的可靠性模型,求解了微机继保设备的最佳检修周期,并进一步编制了最佳检修周期的计算软件,实现了对微机继保设备可靠性的动态评估。对影响微机继保设备最佳检修周期的因素进行了灵敏度分析,找出对最佳检修周期影响较大的2个因素为自检系数和检修成功系数。 Current reliability models of microcomputer-controlled relay protection devices have insufficient accuracy resulting difficulties in application. The authors introduce self-checking coefficient, examine success coefficient and fault service coefficient, improve device reliability model and compute optimum maintenance cycle. Optimum maintenance cycle calculation software is also developed to dynamically evaluate device reliability, Finally, sensitivity analysis of factors affecting optimum device maintenance cycle is conducted and two influential factors, including self-checking coefficient and examine success coefficient are identified.
