硬膜外导管插管加丝裂霉素C及糜蛋白酶冲洗治疗泪道阻塞

Extradural Catheter Intubatton(ECI) and Washing with Mitomycin C and Chymotrypsin to Treat Lacrimal Duct Obstruction(LDO)

目的:探讨硬膜外导管插管加丝裂霉素C及糜蛋白酶冲洗治疗泪道阻塞的治疗效果。方法:对23例泪道阻塞患者给以硬膜外导管插管加丝裂霉素C及糜蛋白酶冲洗治疗。结果:随诊2年,本组23例,治愈11例,7例有效,5例失访。结论:硬膜外导管插管加丝裂霉素C及糜蛋白酶冲洗是一种治疗泪道阻塞的对设备要求不高简便易行且行之有效的方法。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of extradural catheter intuba- tton and washing with mitomycin C and Chymotrypsin in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods： 23 patients of lacrimal duct obstruction underwent ECI and washing with MMC and Chymotrypsin. Results： After follow - up for two years, in 23cases, 11cases is curable, 7cases is valuable, 5cases can＇t find. Conclusions： ECI and washing with MMC and Chymotrypsin is a easy and valuable method to operate to treat LDO.
