摘要
目的分析我院麻醉性镇痛药品应用情况,指导临床合理使用麻醉药品。方法选取2006年麻醉药品处方,以限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标的分析方法,进行用药分析。结果3个主要品种的药物利用指数(盐酸哌替喧注射液为0.68,吗啡控释片为0.461,磷酸可待因片为0.416)DUI<1.0。结论我院麻醉药品使用基本合理,今后仍应注重个体化给药方案的实施。
Objective To analyze the situation of the narcotic analgesics used in hospital in order to guide the rational use of the narcotic analgesics. Methods The prescriptions of the narcotic analgesics in the whole years of 2006 were chosen and the values of DDD and DUI were used to analyze the situation of use of the narcotic analgesics. Results The DUI of 3 main kinds of drugs were less than 1.0. Conclusion The use of narcotic analgesics is basically rational in the hospital, but the individual medication needs to be improved further.
