乳腺癌 不典型增生中PCNA基因蛋白表达

摘要 目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌和不典型增生中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)与细胞凋亡及相关基因蛋白Bcl-2及p21WAF1的表达。方法用免疫组化ABC法检测47例乳腺浸润性导管癌及31例乳腺不典型增生中p21^(WAF1)、Bcl-2及PCNA的表达,TUNAL法检测细胞凋亡的发生。结果乳腺不典型增生组织与乳腺浸润性导管癌相比,PCNA表达较弱,细胞凋亡率显著增高,并且p21^(WAF1)表达增强,而Bcl-2表达减弱,均有统计学差异(P<0.05),相关分析显示细胞凋亡率与p21^(WAF1)表达呈正相关(r=0.70,P<0.05),与Bcl-2表达呈负相关(r=-0.56,P<0.05)。结论细胞增殖与凋亡的失衡是乳腺癌发生发展的重要原因,p21^(WAF1)及Bcl-2基因参与乳腺癌的发生和发展。
