摘要
阐述了建设项目施工合同的特点,就完善合同管理机构、把好合同订立关等进行了探讨,研究了完整的合同管理制度包含的各项内容,提出了推行合同交底制度的建议,以更好地发挥建设项目施工合同的作用。
The following paper illustrates the characteristics of construction contract, discusses the improvement of contract management institution and the check of signing contract, studies various contents included in integrated contract management system, and makes some suggestions for implementing contract explanation system, in order to bring construction contract into full play.
