指出合同是项目管理的法律依据,通过对合同类型、合同特点、合同分析及项目实施阶段合同管理的分析,进行了建设工程项目合同如何正常履行落实的论述,对合理确定和有效控制工程造价,提高投资效益有着重要意义。

This paper points out that contract is the legislative authority of project management, and discusses the way to normally implement construction project through analyzing the type and characteristics of contracts, contract analysis, and contract management at the stage of project implementation, which has signifieances for rationally setting and effectively controlling engineering cost and for increasing investment results.
