简述了10年来中国房地产发展历程中各个阶段的政策,并研究了在这种情况下各个房地产企业所采取的对策以及各种对策产生的原因。在此基础上探索了新时期我国房地产发展的状况,并提出了相关的对策与展望。

It introduces the policy about every stage of China real-estate industry development in ten years. And it also studies of the countermeasures which real-estate company applied in this situation as well as the reasons of these measures. Based on this, this article probes into the situation about the development of real-estate industry in the new era, brings forward relative measures and prospectives.
