摘要
针对房地产品牌的特点,分析了品牌危机的特点,对其危机类型进行了归纳总结,并在此基础上建立了房地产品牌预警管理系统,详细介绍了品牌预警管理系统的工作内容、运行模式和管理流程,以提高品牌形象。
According to the characteristics of the brand of the real estate brand crisis is analyzed, in view of the types of crisis summarization is made; at the same time corresponding pre-warning system of enterprise's brand crisis of the real estate is established. In this paper the content, operation mode as well as management process of this system are introduced in detail in order to upgrade brand image.
