摘要
对建设项目管理过程的构成进行了介绍,从建设项目可行性研究、设计、施工招标、施工、竣工结算各阶段对建设项目的投资控制与管理进行了阐述,以使投资控制目标能够实现,避免"三超"现象的发生。
It introduces the formation of constructing item management, elaborates the investment control and management of constructing item from feasible research, design, constructing bidding, construction and finishing settlement stages, so as to realize the aim of investment control, and avoid the happening of three over-dued phenomena.
