This paper introduces the causes of bumping at bridge head and its influences on traveling speed, and discusses the measures to solve the problem of bumping at the head of high-grade highway bridge, in order to improve integrate stability of foundation, increase the degree of trafficked comfort, and ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
