摘要
通过对单结管一阶 RC 强制电路和单结管一阶 RL 强制电路中混沌行为的研究,发现单结管的跳跃随机性,跳跃随机性表现出单结管非线性伏安特性曲线的不唯一性和不确定性,并能在不同的初始条件和参数条件下产生形形色色的跳跃随机曲线。
In the process of studying the chaos which ocur in the unijunction transistor first order RC and RL forced circuits,the writers discover the jump stochasticity,which shows that the V.A.character- istics of unijunction transistor is not determinate and not unique,and a lot of jump stochasticity routes can he produced.
