不同甘油浓度对牛鲜精低温保存的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对15头荷斯坦种公牛进行采精,将采集的精液分别用6%、4%、2%和0%甘油浓度的卵黄-Tris-葡萄糖-柠檬酸稀释液制成细管鲜精,放在低温(4℃)环境中保存6d并且每天检查其活力。经统计分析得出,4种不同甘油浓度对牛精子低温(4℃)保存的活力影响差异极显著。从而筛选出有利于牛精子低温(4℃)保存的最佳甘油浓度为4%。
