上翘型水平井开发边顶水稠油油藏

Producing heavy oil reservoir with top water and edge water by upturned horizontal well

杜84块是辽河油田稠油区块,馆陶组油层存在边顶水,无底水,物性条件比较好。在采用水平井开发过程中,由于热采造成环空水泥石过早破坏,边顶水锥进严重,缩短了水平井的寿命。为解决这一问题研制出上翘型水平井工艺技术,并在该区块成功施工杜84-馆平11井和杜84-馆平12井2口井。介绍了杜84-馆平12井的设计与施工,总结了上翘型水平井开采边底水稠油油藏的经验,对同类型油藏的开发具有指导意义。

Block Du84 of Liaohe oil field is a heavy oil block with top-water and edge-water,no bottom-water.There is a good physics character in heavy oil reservoir of Guantao Group.The annular cement of horizontal well is destroyed so early by the hot steam during the production.The life-span of horizontal well is shortened because of the top-water and edge-water coning and the cement destruction.The upturned horizontal well technology has been developed to resolve this problem and has been applied to Well Guanping 11 and Well Guanping 12 successfully in the Block Du84.The design and implementation of Well Guanping 12 is introduced in the paper.The experience of producing heavy oil reservoir with top water and edge water by upturned horizontal well is summed up and it is useful for the same reservoirs.
