油水井套管损坏机理与防治措施研究

Mechanism and prevention measures of casing damage in oil-water wells

由于长期注水开发,加上频繁的措施作业等因素影响,各油田套管损坏情况十分严重。近几年,各油田套管损坏速度呈直线上升趋势。文章在充分现场调研的基础上,系统研究了油田套管损坏的各种类型,分析了造成套管损坏的各种因素和生成机理,提出了油田开发实践中避免或减少套管损坏的具体措施和建议。

The casing damage of oil-water wells is very serious in all oilfields in China for the influence of the long-term injection development,the frequent stimulation treatments,well structure,well completion,cementing,casing quality and corrosion.Casing failure is increasing rapidly in recent years.The paper systematically analyzes the all kinds of the types,the factors and mechanism to cause the oil-water wells casing damage.Finally,it gives some suggestions and measures to prevent and decrease the casing damaged during the oilfield development.
