"配第-克拉克"定理的工业演进路径是:产值规模扩张一直是就业增长的主要动力,但随着产业结构调整和劳动生产率提高,工业增长就业效应逐步减小。我国工业化任重道远,工业仍然是我国增加就业和转移农村劳动力的重要领域,因此,要保持工业增长的就业效应,就必须转变工业增长方式,纠正工业技术进步的"资本深化"倾向,把工业增长诱导到主要依靠劳动力素质和科技进步上来。

The scale extension of industrial output is always the main factor to enlarge industrial employment, but along with the adjustment of the industrial structure and the exaltation of the labor productivity, the growth of the industrial employment reduces gradually down. We still has heavy responsibilities to industrialize, the industry still is the important domain to increase the employment and shift the rural labor forces, therefore, to maintain the effects of employment of the industrial growth, we must transform the industry growth mode, rectify the trend of ＂capita-deepening＂ in the industrial technique, induce and guide the industrial growth to depend mainly on the labor force quality , science and technologies progress.
