Opium poppy seed food supervision and management concerns human health. Along with work practice, especially with the regulatory documents jointly released by five ministries in 2005, the author comprehensively analyzed the legal problems in the supervision and management of opium poppy seed food and proposed some suggestions for effectively promoting and maintaining food safety and ensuring the safety of people＇s life as well.
