摘要
本文从碾压混凝土的材料特性、施工特点、温度场温度应力的变化特点入手,介绍了碾压混凝土仿真分析方法、目前进展、具体要求和应注意的问题,结合几个工程总结了碾压混凝土重力坝、拱坝的分缝方式,降低浇筑温度、水管冷却、表面保温、斜层碾压等温控措施,采用微膨胀混凝土、提高材料抗裂性能等碾压混凝土坝的温控防裂措施。
In accordance with the features of materials, construction and changes of temperature and stress of RCC, simulating analysis method as well as its present development and specific requirement are introduced. By summarizing construction experiences of several RCC dams, cracking methods of RCC gravity and arch dams and measures of temperature control such as lowering of pouring temperature, cooling of water pipes, surface insulating etc are discussed. Antl-crack measures for temperature control are applied, i.e. use of micro-expansive concrete or enhancing crack resistance performance of materials.
