输尿管囊肿的腔内手术治疗22例报告

22 Cases of report about surgical interacavity treatment of ureterocele

目的:总结经尿道输尿管囊肿腔内手术的诊治经验。方法:报告输尿管囊肿22例患者,以腰痛、膀胱刺激症状、血尿、排尿困难为主要临床表现。其中20%合并上尿路畸形,所有病例均经B超、IVP或膀胱镜检确诊,并经腔内手术证实。结果:治疗均以经尿道输尿管囊肿切除或部分切除术,术后平均随访2年,效果良好。所有患者均未见囊肿复发,无管口狭窄及返流。结论:经尿道输尿管囊肿的腔内手术疗效显著,减少了手术创伤及术后并发症,缩短了手术及住院时间,现已认为是治疗输尿管囊肿的首选方法。

Objective To summarize the diagnostic point and therapertic experience of transurethral operation ofureteroceles. Methods 22 cases of ureterocele were reviewed.The primary clinical manifestations were lumbago, urinary irritation or dysuria. Malformation of the upper tract were observed in 20%. Diagnosis was established by B surpersonic wave,IVP or ultrasonography and was conducted by endoscopic operation in all.ResultsTransurethral incision of the ureterocele was conducted in all cases.The patients have been followed up for a mean of 2 years with no vesicoureteral reflux found on follow up studies.There were no ureterocele replse ureteral, ureteral orifice stricture and vesico-ureteral reflux in all cases.Conclusion Transurethral endoscopic operation of the uretreocele is simple and effective, may lessen operative trauma and postsurgical complications, shorten surgical and hospitalization time. It has been recognized as the definitive procedure in many instances.
