摘要
龙滩水电站大坝是目前在建的世界上最高的碾压混凝土坝,大坝施工工期紧,浇筑强度高,要求跨越高温季节难关实现全年连续施工。为此,通过开展龙滩大坝碾压混凝土筑坝关键技术研究,在混凝土配合比的选择、混凝土浇筑温度及层间间隔时间的控制等方面取得了高温多雨季节大坝施工的一些成果,提出了具体的温控标准和雨天施工要求。2005年龙滩大坝共浇筑混凝土318万m3,实现了高气温条件下碾压混凝土大坝全年连续、快速、优质施工。
Longtan Hydropower Station is the present highest RCC dam under construction in the World. Due to tight schedule and high volume of concrete placement, construction in hot summer is requested. Studies on key technologies for Longtan Dam construction in rainy season has been conducted in terms of selection of concrete proportion and control of pouring temperature and interval time. The requirements are made for specifying temperature standard and construction in rainy season. In 2005, concrete placement of Longtan Dam reached to 318 million cubic meters and continuous, fast and high quality construction of RCC clam under high temperature condition is realized.
