芬太尼联合异丙酚在无痛胃镜检查中的应用

摘要 目的:观察芬太尼联合异丙酚在胃镜检查中的应用效果及安全性。方法:将接受胃镜检查的400例受检者随机分为对照组(n=200)和麻醉组(n=200).对照组受检者经口服利多卡因胶浆后,行常规胃镜检查;麻醉组经静脉使用芬太尼和异丙酚,待受检者睫毛射消失,进入浅睡眠状态后开始胃镜检查。检查中监测两组受检者血压、心率,指脉博血氧饱和度,术后询问其是否难受、尚满意和舒适。结果:在检查中,麻醉组心率和收缩压均较对照组低(P<0.05),两组指脉博血氧饱和度差异无显著性(P>0.05),麻醉组不良反应率明显低于对照组,操作时间,检查成功率两组相比差异无显著性。结论:芬太尼联合异丙酚进行胃镜检查安全、有效,痛苦小。 Objective To observe the anesthetic results of Fentanyl-propofol Compound(RPC) in painless gastroscope .Methods 400 patients performed with painless gastroscope were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(n=299) and the control group(n=200). In observation group, the patients took Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage orally and then were induced to perform. In control group,the patients were induced to perform after they fall into sleep with intravenous injection with propofol and fenatnyl. The blood pressure, heat rate, the pulse oxygen saturation in blood were recorded and the feelings about the examination were asked. Conclusion The heart rate and systolic blood pressure in control group is lower than thatin observation group (P〈0.05). There is no great difference in the the pulse oxygen saturation in blood between two groups (P〉0.05). The adverse effects in the control group are smaller than that in observation group. No great difference in the performing time and success rate. Conclusion The application of Fentanyl-propofol compound in the gastroscopy is safe and effective with little pains.
