摘要
目的:探讨基层医院对病程迁延的二度以上压疮患者的护理效果。方法:对创面作系统评估,合理清创局部伤口,配合红外线照射,使用综合疗法,全身皮肤护理,防止局部受压。结果:14例二度以上压疮患者(17处)基本痊愈。好转1例,无效2例。结论:采用经济有效的换药方法和红外线照射,提高预防压疮的意识,健康宣教取得家庭支持系统的配合,预防压疮的效果良好。
Objective Methods The methods of To explore the nursing effect on the sore patients above II press in the grassroot hospitals. making the systematic assessment of the injured area, cleaning partial wounds, and simultaneously applying infrared ray, using synthesis therapy and nursing the whole skin in prevention of partial pressure were adopted.Results Of 17 cases, 14 recovered, 1 became better and 2 unrecovered.Conclusion Red infrared ray and effective medicine, concept of oress sore improvement and family support are useful in preventing press sore.
